    Just had my 14th week weigh in and lost 8lbs.. Whoopee!! I'm so pleased that's 4stone and 2lbs :D xxx

    Yes deffo, I put water in litre bottles and try to have at least 3 a day, it really helps xx

    Definitely.

    My 1st attempt at CD several years ago, I struggled to drink 1litre a day. My losses stopped completely, and then I gave up.

    I definitely lose more the weeks I drink between 4 and 5 litres a day than the weeks where I drink 2-2.5 litres a day.

    Thank you I manage around 2 litres of ordinary water plus 4 or 5 large cups of green or peppermint tea, so on that basis I'm going to try and up my plain water...!!
