The biggest change for me, Bluegirl, is probably that I don't feel physically sick when I see my reflection :)
My CDC brought home to me how much I'd lost when she put my 5 year old on the scales and, weighing in at 3st1lb, she said "Imagine what it would be like to carry him around all day. Well, 3 months ago, you were!"
I actually cried! How soppy am I? lol

Not at all soppy, its a fantastic achievement in such a short time, and comparing it to other things really brings it home. Really well done x

wow, what an achievement and that's a great story - it's amazing that we walk around with this extra weight - it's not until you see something as visual as that, that you realise just how well you've done!!

And fantastic to have reached two milestones! Brill! x

That's not soppy at all - that's inspiring! I regularly lift what I've lost and it's a super reminder of what I was carrying all those years.....no wonder I've a spring in my step. Well done you!:D
