    Another 3lbs gone! :)
    Have now lost 3 stone :)
    And the best part is I am no longer obese :D

    The biggest change for me, Bluegirl, is probably that I don't feel physically sick when I see my reflection :)
    My CDC brought home to me how much I'd lost when she put my 5 year old on the scales and, weighing in at 3st1lb, she said "Imagine what it would be like to carry him around all day. Well, 3 months ago, you were!"
    I actually cried! How soppy am I? lol

    wow, what an achievement and that's a great story - it's amazing that we walk around with this extra weight - it's not until you see something as visual as that, that you realise just how well you've done!!

    That's not soppy at all - that's inspiring! I regularly lift what I've lost and it's a super reminder of what I was carrying all those years.....no wonder I've a spring in my step. Well done you!:D
