woohooo shred started!

So pleased with myself as started my 30 day shred again this morning after saying I was going to for past few weeks! I've always seen good results on it in the past so hope I get them this time!
What exercise do you all do & do u find it shows on the scales or just on your inch loss? X x x
 
I bought the shred but cos of problems with my wrist I'm currently having physio on I can't do quite a few bits so thought I'd try again when my wrist is sorted!!!!

I do zumba twice a week at least, I try for 3 classes but depends on hubby being home. Also do a lot of walking as I dont drive. I think it must help with the weight loss as I am still getting 7-8lbs a month which I think would've slowed considerably with no zumba. Has also definitely changed my shape with the classes
 
I'm starting it again tonight too whoop whoop x
