Wooo, Am a happy bunny!

Lost 1.5lbs this week which isn't brilliant in its self BUT its got me my 5% :)

so have lost 9.5lbs in 3 weeks. I really want to push myself and try to get at least 2.5lbs off this week.

Any handy hints and tips for a good weeks loss?

Hi, In the past, when I did WW last year, I once lost 4 pounds in a week when I did some spring cleaning at home and everyone was impressed at the meeting! Maybe, that could help? ;)

Wow that's amazing! I think exercise is key to weight loss. I never really liked exercise much but now I have noticed how I lose more weight on the weeks I exercise, it really spurs me on. Im getting into Zumba and also doing a spinning class. I never thought I would enjoy exercise but now Im hooked!

I love doing Zumba on the Wii at home! The kids laugh at me every time I am swinging about the living room ...but they also join me in the fun! :D
