    Had to weigh in a day early this week as im not at home tomorrow but boy oh boy what a result 5lbs of wobbly stuff dumped cant begin to tell you how good that feels :):)
    Got to own up to doing a lot of work around the house(decorating etc)and not taking any AP`s
    Still a long journey to get to my goal, but at least im on the road to a new life !

    Whey hey BD fantastic weigh result, I thunk not using AP until near goal is the best idea, I never used them.
    Nice smart house snd a great new you ;)
