Well done on your 5lbs weight loss thats great!

I don't think you can eat bread as it has a high carb content. Smelling other people eating toast has been killing me too :-(

I know, i love my bread thats the only thing i miss (oh and chocolate) they must have got the advert wrong then i think.

well done emma, great start :)

I was the biggest bread eater before starting this.. used to live on toast and sandwiches and to my utter amazement I haven't missed it one bit!

I was more surprised to find myself craving a banana of all things the other day! :rolleyes:
