woop woop i finaly done it after 4 weeks im finaly in the 11's , im so happy 19lb down and only 12lb to a healthy bmi and 41lb to my target , 
im so happy hopefully next week ill be near the 11 n half mark i can't wait to get to my target count dwn of the lb nd days now xx
