    Finally...
    Was beginning to think SW didn't work for me.
    1st wi - lost 3.5lb
    2nd wi - stayed same despite bein ubber good
    3rd wi - lost 2 lb

    so motivated again for the next week.

    Well done you!! It does work sometimes a littlebit wobbly but it works I have lost 1 1/2 stone so far with quite a few weeks of maintainig thrown in!!
