Working out syns where there is a free food allowance

Is there any way to do this without access to the online calculator?

Apologies if this has been asked to death, lol... just joined up tonight! :)

Hmm... nothing official. It would be complicated I.e. if you look on the list of ingredients at the free food and percentage - calculate the syns for that. Then deduct that from the total calories in the pack and calculate the remainder as 20 calories = 1 syn.
I guess that would work, but easier to check the website or ask on here x

I bought a Milbona Fat Free yoghurt with mint and chic sprinkles from Lidl. Anyone know if this is syn free or syn value? Thanks

Don`t know about that one but the Milbona 0% fat natural is free. At 45p per 500g great

Have you the calories per 100g, protein, fat and carbs. Can be done on calculator for you
