Worried about the weekend!!

So it's my first weekend in s&s and to say I'm worried about falling off plan is an understatement! Would it be sooo bad if I had a 5th pack of really needed? Or some protein maybe? As long as I stay in ketosis id try anything to help me lol. I only have shakes/bars... I've seen ppl have slim rice/ noodles etc... Can u mix any of this with herbs/spices if u have no meal packs?

yes of course, if you need an extra pack or extra protein, do it.
have you much planned? Have a lie in, take as long as possible before the first pack, load up on tea and coffee and before you know it the day will be gone.

I've had zero noodles which have nothing in them, no calories or carbs, herbs are fine, you could make with some stock cubes, water, herbs and some chicken for a lovely ramen.

Just avoid carbs and remember, you're not hungry, you know you dont need it, your body is fulled on fat stores.

Yes quite a busy weekend so hoping it'll distract me. Just found out celery has satisfied a craving and is low in Cals/carbs.... Just off to stock up on that and stock lol xx
