Hiya
My name us sunny and I am 42 years old.
Have managed to pile in 3 stone of weight. I am now 13st, would love to be 10st but 11st I would be happy with as well.
I let my whole life resolve around my weight.
I think about it maybe 20 times a day and look at others who I wish I could be!
I have started the SS today, just scared and worried I am going to let myself down as I have done previously.
I feel when anyone looks at me they only see my weight, not me. Really really hope I can do it as life holds enough problems and this would be one less to worry about!
