    Hiya Mandy,
Ive never tried CD but I've been on the Lipotrim Diet now for 3 weeks. The flavours that you have is Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla and Chicken Soup. You have 3 sachets a day for women and 2 for men. You have to intake about 4 litres of water but you ca also have Black tea and Black Coffee but nothing else. Hope that helps hun....any questions just ask.

I started off on Lipotrim but am now a cambridge convert!

It's a little more expensive than LT, but I have found the inconvenience of having to travel much further and the small increase in price very much worth it.

I didn't have much support doing LT - they literally weighed me and that was that, yet I send regular email updates to my CDC. And I just couldn't stomach the packs. I found them much more powdery and salty tasting than the CD ones. In the end I could only get the chocolate ones down, but feel a bit bleugh thinking about them.

Yay, I love Cambridge! But I guess I have LT to thank for getting me started on the VLCD bandwagon.

i pay £30 fo LT and have been on it 4 days. the first 2 days were hell but i must say, i'm doin great now. i still think....ooo i'd love some of that or i'd love a bite. (just made my daughter hot doughnuts and icecream) but never touched a bit. i have surprised myself how stong i have been and at the moment i am actually quite liking the strawberry. cant wait for weigh in on tuesday. LT wors out at £120 a month for me where as the CD would be £240 in my area. i'm happy with LT.

Why the difference in the price? I pay £30.....shouldn't this be the same everywhere? Are the pharmasists just making the price up?

Me and my hubby have actually saved money while I have been on the Lipo.
We've only been to the pub once for about 3 hours, he had a few pints and I had the ole delicious water:jelous:.
Usually on weekends we have a take away and my other half hasnt even done that, so we have saved loads of money.......until i need a new wardrobe for losing the weight!!
