Hi Everyone, so I'm on week 3 and still not lost a single lb!!! I'm obviously doing something wrong, would one of you give me your thoughts please?

My iphone is still saying I have 19 weeklies left and 33 activity points....weighed myself this morning and I've gained.

Now i've written it down, I can see that I ate out too much last week and I really need to get a hold on my weekends, not that this one is typical, but McDonalds isn't going to help! But saying that, it seems to be within my points?

Humph!

Any advice would be amazing!

Hey hun!! Hope you're ok? Your menu's look lovely and all within your points, that's really bizarre that you haven't lost weight yet! But I'm positive you will if you keep at it, maybe your body is being annoying and hanging onto it and then have a big loss all at once. Do you go to the meetings? Are you definitely on the right point allowance? Also check to see if you have lost any inches!! Keep up the great work, you must be healthier already as your eating really good foods xx

Thanks Angel, I needed some reassurance that I was doing it right, so if I am, then I will keep going and hopefully drop some.

Not going to meetings, mainly because I work long hours, go to the gym 3-4 times a week so my free time is very precious to me, in order to keep my friends and family happy! My other half already accused me of having an affair with "Jim" because he thinks I spend too much time there. If I carry on seeing no improvement, I will pop along to a meeting, see if there is an improvement there.

Someone else suggested not eating the fruit for breakfast and try eating something thats pointed, as she felt most of my points were being eaten in the evening....so there's another option!

You are doing amazingly well!! You've seen some fabulous results!!!

Well done!!!

Got to keep my motivation up....its the other halfs 30th in March and would love to see 2-3 stone gone before then!!

It's all mix and match to find what works for you! Your foods look fine to me! Some people find eating all their aps, all weeklies helps and others find not using up aps or weeklies is better! Also be aware you will be building up muscle in the gym and muscle weighs more than fat so could be that! x
