WOW 1st Weigh in

    Hi all

    I have just had my first weigh in, I have to tell you though that I can only get weighed every 2 weeks. So I have stuck 100% to ss and have lost 14.1/4llbs over a stone in two weeks, at last I feel I am getting somewhere. I have also lost a total of 10in across my body WOW. I am so happy. Still a long way to go though:D

    Thank you all very much for the encouragement. Im going to try and sort out a ticker for myself then I can track it better and you can all see where I am. I have also I my first bar today peanut. Lovely:):):)
