Wow juddd tribe is getting big!

It seems Channy has started something here! Quite a few of us juddders now which is great! I'm loving it so far, haven't weighed in yet, Friday morning. But I can weirdly notice a difference (mainly in my face!!) already this week, which I haven't been able to notice any difference for ages! I've even had people say to me this week that I look slimmer! Just hope the scales agree lol!

Totally agree it's so much easier with support. This board is pretty quiet though. I feel like going on the other boards and shouting 'THIS IS BRILLIANT GIVE IT A GO' :giggle:Especially to the VLCD strugglers as you get the best of both worlds.

It's definitely getting busier than it was last week which is great :D Yes I feel like shouting about it too!

Yay, how many is that now, I'm loosing count there are so many of us now! So fantastic, esp as we all started within days of eachother. Keep up the great work girlies!

i've been reading this board for aaaaages with interest, as i liked the idea, but never wanted to be the first one to start, as i was worried the lack of support would derail me!

i'm currently calorie cycling, and am going to stick to this for a wee while, as i've only just started. i guess juddd is just an extreme form of that. if i cant manage to shift any with my cycling, you may have a nother juddder to join the club! (am just a little scared of 500 cals, as i dont eat sugar or caffeine, which i think i'd need to get me through!)

anyway, keep up all the good work ladies, you're all an inspiration, and it's great to see this forum alive and kicking - i'll keep reading up on your progress to see if it's a plan that might suit me!

Hi Rhuba,

Yes certainly is a lot if interest with this diet. I was going to calorie cycle before I stubbled across this as was on slimfast but I'd hit a wall with the weight loss on that. So glad I found this plan and it is easier to stick to than I thought it would be. I should imagine you'd be fine on it as you're used to calorie counting and always seem to ahve lots of ideas for low calorie meals and snacks, I often lurk on the cc board so have read your posts lol.

I always have green tea on my down days and the last two haven't eaten anything until after midday which really seems to help.

Good luck with your cycling and if you do decide to join us :)

Lol as much as I would love to take credit, I was actually reading the old juddd thread that KD gave us the link to and one of the girls used it on there, thought it was rather apt!
