I used to be the same; I cut out caffeine from my coffee and it got alot better. Just have one "proper" coffee when on plan..

I'm not having any caffeine and I'm peeing for England, work think I'm taking the mick and were going through a loo roll a day at home, at least 2 times per hour I'm going the loo lol
