I'm on the slimming world plan (& doing ok!) I've not had any bread for ages, I don't really miss it as I'm wheat intolerant. But now and then I bake Wrights oat & linseed bread mix, in the bread maker. Does anyone know, either the syn value or if it could be a HEb . Thank you xx
