I not sure where to post this - please feel free to move it as required as it's maybe too specific for the main board .....
Anyway I live in Aberdeen and am determined to join a class as it's not working going it alone (ie it's not even started!) but as I've never been to a class I am keen to hear from anyone who may go to a good class in or around Aberdeen please?
Also if you'd be happy to be a buddy for me as I really enjoy having some to text or e-mail about how the day is going, share food diaries that sort of thing!
I hope someone can help - I aim to go to class next week so any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
