No, im my experience of pregnancy (twice) your body will tell you what it wants (or what it doesn't want, yuck) and you should forget dieting, pointing and losing weight when you're pregnant. The important thing is not to put on too much excess weight, as it's not an excuse to just eat junk. I think the WW lesson of 'filling and healthy' is a good lifestyle ot adopt, but if you're hungry, or you want something to eat, it's your body's way of telling you you need it, so just enjoy the freedom for a while!
