WW garlic bread

Does anyone know the syn value for weight watchers garlic bread? They do it in a ciabatta and a mini baguette.

Iv heard the mini baguettes (plain) can be used as a HE? Is this true as its white bread not brown because if so im sure id only need to point the garlic butter thats inside.any help much appreciated! Thanks ?

Sorry I can't find either type on syns online and I don't know about the hex.

The WW Petit Pan rolls that need to be oven baked can be used as a HEb for 1 on Extra Easy (I don't do red/green so not sure about those) but I don't know about the ready made garlic breads, sorry. I've made my own garlic butter with low fat spread, dried or fresh garlic and dried herbs and added them to one of the petit pan rolls and they are lovely warm from the oven, perfect with pasta dishes
