WW- Smart goals for a Smart weight loss

Rachel's Diary,
Welcome everyone!

I'm Rachel, I'm from Dublin , I'm 25 years old and today I restart my weight watchers journey!

Step one: set smart goals- specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time based.

This to me looks like a target of 1lbs weight loss a week

Tomorrow ill start my planning :)

Well 2.5lbs down this week so I'm delighted with that

Goal is 2lb per week until July 7th ill be at goal... That's just over 3 stone!

What worked last week: planning, cooking in advance and freezing, taking lunch to work so I'm not going the shop (saved a lot too :) )
Drank sooo much water and green tea!

Goal for this week:

-2lb and go the gym twice

Happy weight loss everyone
 
Is it just me or is very one gone to Slimming world!

Up out of bed now for my third visit to the gym this week... #IWILLGETTHERE!

I'm back!

Well doctors diagnosed me with under actor thyroid so I've tablets to take,

Still tracking, pointing and exercising but not much success :-(

My best pal has asked me to be bridesmaid in 9 months so I've 9 months to shift 59lbs

On holidays now, went for drink tonight with the boyfriend and this man came up to me and in front f my boyfriend started asking me who was bigger (obviously me) bf is a whippit 10stoner and other man was same,
This guy literally wouldn't stop saying it
Ground didn't swallow me up as I willed it to so we left as I made an excuse to go home, staying in a holiday home so nowhere hidden for me to go cry my eyes out :-(

Weight loss please come? Ill do anything!!!
