It's not something that you can really be accurate about, just give an approximation. Some say approx 70, but most opinions that I have read say it's about 50. So I used to estimate at 60 :D

Rule of thumb is that high fat=less cals per point, high fibre=more cals per point. Think I have that the right way around!

So basically, eat healthily with plenty of free foods, and 22 points could be 1500 calories. Limit the free foods and eat high fat and it could be as low as 900 calories (bad news...get hungry...probably plateau too)

so eat healthy, feel great, get more calories for your points and watch the weight come off :clap:

Approx 1,550 Kcals... if you have NO saturated fat in your diet. Obviously when you take into account your saturated fat, it's less than this.

The formula for working out Points is:

[Kcal ÷ 70 ] + [Sat. Fat ÷ 4] = POINTS
