hello hun, just popping by to show some support, i was thinking of giving ww a go in a few weeks, sort of like mixing it will cal counting to see if it speeds up my weightloss a bit.

how are you findind it so far?

Thanks hun. Ive done it before and it went great.

WW is basically a calorie controlled diet.

Points are determined by cal and sat fat. instead of counting cal you count points.

It soooooo easy to do!!!
