Xenical menu's

been on xenical for a week now only lost 2 pounds(quiet chuffed tho) am keeping to below 5g per meal buthave not paid attention to the calories.
So can anyone give me an idea of a typical days food please.

Hi, you need to keep within 15gs per meal, no more than 45gs total per day.
