    Hiya

Both are very different and both are prescribed (although if I am right boots now do a weaker version of Xenical called Ali over the counter).

My advice is to pop along and see your doctor and chat over both and their benefits and drawbacks and then decide accordingly.

I assume you're thinking of these for after you come off Lipotrim? But if you're current statistics are correct then I doubt you'll be able to get either as you need to be clinically obese for both?
Plus- neither is a good long-term option?

Don't think you should be opting for these. If you reach goal or near it then you should continue with a healthy eating/exercise regime to continue.
