    I thought i should do a diary so you lovely people could tell me if and where im going wrong if i do.

    Well started on monday and :cry: yes 17st 8lbs but i have to do something about that as im going on holiday in august and i want to be at least 15st by then and healthier.

    Also im struggling with a head cold and first day didnt go down very well as in eating loads which i didnt but ate what i could.

    Ok enough about me and more diaries.

    Any help appreciated many thanks :D

    Really enjoying myself on this diet, ive even improved in myself.

    Today felt great i did all downstairs, had lovely shower, straightened hair, picked kid up from school to blooming come home to my MONTHLY!!!!!!!!!! :sigh: and im half way through my first week arggggghhhh, oh well hopefully ill be okies

    Hey just a thought, if anyone like to help or need help in encouraging to stick to this please send me a message as would be nice to chat to different people on here.

    Im jacqui 37 single mum to three boys age 17, 12 and nearly 8 (8 year old has autism) and im from manchester.

    I have loads of fat to shift probably 7-8 stone :sigh: but i know im going to do this hopefully as im going away in august for family holiday and cant wait :D

    So would be nice to hear from other people as people have been reading my diary

    Do you find you enjoy tracking your food? how are you finding it generally?

    Yeah god i reckonised your name too lol, i couldnt carry on with the old ww plan so i gave up and now raring to go lol. Im finding it good atm well we all do first week its there after i struggle :D just hope i dont this time.

    Lol it was the colour and font of your text that made me think it was you! then when i saw the name and the fact you had an 8yr child with autism, a little lightbulb went off in my head!

    I'm ok! been struggling for months with diets, but atleast im 1.5st lighter than i was!

    you stick with it hun! I'm starting propoints today too, but doing it from home as had to buy a new washer last month and its set us in a bit of a tight squeeze for this month!

    I've got another 3.5 stone to lose for august when I'm gonna be a bridesmaid! i cant wait!

    OMG im so missing my scales :cry: lol but its good not to keep weighing self everytime went upstairs.

    Another great day feeling like i can final lose this weight with being happy on this pp diet :D

    Where i put one serving its because the online tracker dont let me put the grams in, so when ive weighed it on me ww scales and when i found the points i just tried to put it to the same pp's if you get me, and thanks :D

    Help :eek: i have an all you can eat chinese on sunday right before getting weighed on monday arggghhhh and i cant cancel and i dont wanna go as i dont wanna go off rails. Good job still got weeklies :D

    Had all weekly's left and daily points.

    Went to all you can eat chinese as was a child's birthday.

    Not sure on what the pp's were for stuff as it wasnt eating out guide per portion but this is what i had

    Bowl of chicken and sweetcorn soup with roughly 8 prawn crackers

    3 wraps with duck salad dressing and the sauce (didnt have loads of duck as i find it sickly)

    6 prawn toasts

    6 samosas's

    2 satay chicken with sauce

    1 spring roll

    4 hot roasties

    for main i had little noodles with spoonful of sweet and sour pork (4 pork pieces) and beef chilli with mushrooms.

    didnt eat all main as i prefer starters

    5 profiteroles and melon

    Thats all i had all day
