Weightloss here I come!

So I thought id start one of these to monitor my progress.

Been doing slimfast for a week now and think im managing ok. Had a bit of a rough day yesterday was just so hungry all day, dont know if it was coincidence but I used the powder instead of ready-made shakes. Was really proud of myself though as I snacked on fruit even though id had my 3 snacks for the day :D

Weigh in day tom, hope ive lost :p Will update when I know!

Today iv had:

B- Ready-made Banana Shake
L- Asda Meal Bar (very sickly but filling lol)
Snack a jacks
D- Home-made mince and potatoes with onions and carrots.
S- Slimfast Snack Bar and Walkers Baked.

oopps just realised ive not had any fruit today lol I usually do PROMISE :D

sounds like your doing well keep it up ,,, ill look forward to seeing your weight loss 2moro,dont know how u make the powder shakes but i use a blender when making shakes so i can add ice to and crush it up makes them lovely i think

:character00100: Ive lost 7lbs my first week!!! Cant believe it :D I take it I wont lose that every week lol.

I havent been making the shakes in a blender kazzy but thanx for the tip will try it that way and see if I like them any better.

Nighshift tonight and tommorow so that throws me off slightly but will do my best to stick to plan :)

Well done on the first weeks loss thats brilliant,,, the losses will slow down as time goes on but aslong as you stick to plan you should be ok.
What about taking grapes, strawberries, that kind of fruit to work to nibble on while on nightshift then you might not be tempted to eat junk
