Breakfast: Oats So Simple Porridge & Semi Skinned Milk HE


Lunch:
Omelette with Ham pieces & Pepsi Max


Dinner: Salmon with Juicey Bag & Rice

Syns: Half a kit 3syns, pink&white 2 1/2 syns juicy creamy salmon sauce 3syns

=

3 Glasses of water drank

Breakfast: 2 whole meal pieces of toast, 2 boiled eggs, 2 quorn sausages

Lunch:
2 slices of Soreen (5syns) , chocolate orange tesco light choices cereal bar (4.5 syns) & toffee muller light yogurt.

Dinner: Pub meal - Chicken new yorker with a little bit of cheese and bbq sauce and boiled rice. ( not completely sure on syns but ill put it down as 5 just incase, but it was only a blob.

snacks:
muller light yogurt (again) 2 rich tea biscuits (3 syns)

1 glass of water drank

Syns: 17.5syns

Didn't realise the light choices bars were actually that much.. so a little gutted after I ate it and then looked it up. A little bit over on my syns today which isn't the best thing but i'll just result in taking 2.5 syns off tomorrow and I guessed my dinner syns as im not sure how to really count that.

Happy Halloween everyone!

Breakfast: Porridge, 1 tsp of sugar (1syn), muller light strawberry yogurt.

Lunch: Little pit of pasta with tuna, 1 slice of soreen
(2syns), 1 muller light vanilla yogurt, 2 rich tea biscuits (3syns)

Dinner: Prawns with sweet chilli and lemon juice, & egg noodles.

snacks: Tesco light choices orange and chocolate cereal bar
(4.5syns) soreen 1 slice (2syns)

Syns: 12.5

Body Magic: 300 calories burnt at gym

Not a bad day, food's been good.. A good bit of excercise done and a few syns left over ! :)

Dinner: Mixed herbs Juicy chicken with boiled rice (2.5syns)

Snacks: Tesco Light choices orange and chocolate cereal bar (4.5syns) 2 Slices of Soreen (5syns)

Lunch: Chinese style mug shot & toffee muller light

Dinner: maggi's so juicy mexican chicken and aldi's savoury rice chicken flavour
(1syn)

Snacks: 1 rich tea biscuit (1.5syns)

Syns: 3.5syns + 1 vodka = 2.5 syns = 6syns

Having to fill in my weekend diary now as I wasn't here to do so, so here was saturday's

3rd november


Breakfast: Porridgde

Dinner & Tea: (Went to an all you can eat chinese.. ) naughty, but I did well and sticked to Boiled rice and a bit of sweet and sour chicken but was very dry hardly had any sauces.

Syns: Not going to count the syns for this day as I had a spring roll or two at the chinese, a double vodka and diet coke, and a handful of chips and a mini narm bread.

this day I went to birmingham for a day out and at the night time i went to watch disney on ice which was amazing yes lol, and when that finished went to an engagment party so for I dont think i did too bad at this week still had an amazing weight loss woop!
 
4th Of November


Breakfast: 2 wholemeal toasts with a bit of butter (1syn)

Lunch: 3 triangle sandwhich which were filled with egg and cress and ham was at a christening so was white bread and also had 2 party mini sausages and 1 bourbon and 1 cookie. Haven't syned up this either as it wasn't a good day but i did my best in the situation.

Tea: Boiled rice, sweet chicken, curry sauce and a handful of chips.

Syns: Same again, Had a very busy weekend and tried to make the best out of situations with food i was put in too, no idea on the syns I no I would of been over but that's fine I've had a great weekend.
 
5th Of November

Weigh Day!
- 4.5lb Weight loss = 11st 12lb :whacky068:

Breakfast:
2 slices of wholemeal toast with a bit of butter (1syn)

Dinner: Omelette

Tea: Pasta Bake - Pasta, Chopped tomato, Bacon & Low fat cheese.


Syns: (not sure on the cheese so i'm gonna put down 4) = 5syns (will be adding more later)


 
6th November

Breakfast: porridge

Lunch: 2 whole meal pieces of toast with cheese triangle 1.5 and miller light

Dinner: gammon egg and rice

Snacks: marshmellows 4syns, custard cream 3syns, pink and white 2.5syns =11
 
7th November

Breakfast: Porridge

Lunch: Toast with extra light cheese triangle 1/2 syn

Dinner: Juicey Chicken and rice

Snacks: Marshmellows 4syns, rich tea x2, 3syns, chocolate 11.5 syns.

Syns = 18.5 over by 3.5
 
8th November

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs/dippy with whole meal toast soldiers and little butter 1syn

Lunch: Breakfast was late oopsy...

Dinner: 2 beef burger meat (without the buns an stuff) and rice - Wow i'm so interesting with food its unreal ;)

Snacks: 2 party rings 3syns, marshmallows 1.5syns, 2 rich tea's 3syns.

Syns: 7.5
 
So annoyed! My dad brought full fat pepsi and it had an X on for xfactor thinking it was pepsi max .. so i've drank it costing me 8syns! so not bloody worth it :(!!!!!
