How do i put pictures on my profile everyones got pretty pictures and your weight loss and all that and mines a bit plain

Do you have photobucket account?
if not go register at www.photobucket.com then up load some pics the copy and paste the image code underneath the pic and paste it into your signature
For weight losses, just use your user cp and start a weekly wi list
If you want a ticker there is a sticky on how to set them up xx
