I was new to this last week, i have now been here 1 week and i have lost 11ibs in the first week! So so happy i have been going on 2 hour walks everyday and cleaning my whole house everyday and my crosstrainer at least 15mins a day! Cutting my calories RIGHT down and drinking alot more water! No food past 4pm and no carbs past 1pm very strict on myself!
