I'm so chuft, i never thought in a million years that i would have lost this week after the bad weekend i had. I ate chocolate galore and last night i ate half an easter egg and 4, yes 4 packets of french fries , plus i had breakfast today before wi and i lost a pound:eek:. I have been exercising more and i can only put it down to that. Been going out walking for an hour every 2nd night and the days inbetween i have been doing my rosmary dvd.

Really stressed out with the old studying though, i have an assessment due on Monday and another due on Wednesday. Its really doing my head right in, i got into a right state yesterday and was ready for giving it up!!!! My mum calmed me down and took the kids until 9pm to let me get on with what i need to do. She is going to take them tomorow too.

    Hope everyone is ok x

Excellent! Well done you. Studying and losing weight is so hard as I used to find the boredom of studying drove me to the kitchen! Glad you've got your Mum on board to help out with the kids - at least that's one less than to worry about for a few hours! And well done for upping the exercise - definitely helps with the weight and clears the head for studying. Good luck for this week. x

    P.s What you studying?

Hi hun, i was super good at the start of the week, i ate loads of strawberries and melon and with the exercise every day it must have paid off. I had a bit of a blip last night involving homemade truffles and rice krispie cakes but straight back on track today. If i can lose a pound a week i will be ok with that, i have a wedding to go to at the end of july and i'm going down to your for a week the day after the wedding. x
