    so interesting hearing of the different experiences - getting into ketosis would definitely have been murder for me if i'd been getting no sleep, so well done on getting through the sleep barrier!!

    it's all plain sailing for now, honest ;) lol keep it up!

    PS I bloomin' love my bed I do :D Got one of those memory foam mattresses last year when I knackered up my back... I cannot rate these mattresses too highly - so so comfy :D

    I've been wondering about those... Tho I'll wait til I'm skinny. In case it remembers too much! lol

    I've been sleeping brilliantly for about a week now. That alone is enough to keep me going!

    Well done on getting through another day and wading through the ketosis mud! :D

    I'm an insomniac and still having probs sleeping even though i'm really tired maybe i'll sleep 4/5 hours of broken sleep a night like now and 3 months of unbroken sleep wake up and be thin :D

    wow a good nights sleep what is that and when will i get one???? ha ha got nothing to do with the LT though and everything to do with my gorgeous 6 month old daughter!!! was settling into a pattern now teething bad!!! arggghhhhhhh...... the joy of motherhood!!!
