    thats great news, are you looking forward to starting? Try and cut down on the carbs this weekend instead of going on a mad one!!!

    good luck with your start on monday.... if you cut down on carbs over the weekend and up your water intake it will make your first few days a little easier

    Good luck!! Advice from Becky is also what I would say as it will help keep those hunger pangs at bay a bit!!

    Best of luck for your Monday start. Advise as above, up the water, reduce the carbs. Mind you the Sunday before I started CD I went out and had roast dinner and rhubarb crumble and ice cream. :p

    I'm currently just trying to get used to tea without milk, I'm addicted to tea and milk. It's not so bad, actually!
