Hi Gang

Got a 450g tub of strawberry probiotic yoghurt and wondered what the syn value is.

I have gone onto SW online but I am getting confused as my tub doesn't seem to say fat free but also doesn't say whole milk!

Help!

If it doesn't say fat free then it won't be - it'll be the full fat version. Sorry I can't look it up for you as I don't have the password at the moment.
