Yet another Newb

Hi all

I have been lurking this forum for days due to start on 28th January (when I get paid). I am currently around 19 stone, which is the heaviest I have ever been

So i will continue to lurk, and then mither you all with questions when i do start. I am really looking forward to doing this now.

Hi Baroness! Great name! Good luck for when you start. Try cutting your carbs down before so it's not such a shock to the system.
