Im sooo very happy . just got weighed after my first week and ive lost 11 lbs . I really cant beleive it !! I can see a bit more light at the end of a very long tunnel . Im of to Phuket in 8 weeks and maybe just maybe i wont be taking my size 24 swimsuit !Havent had time to think about food cos im now spending all my time on minimins reading all your success and advice .
