Would just like to tell someone, anyone ,that I started on the lipotrim a week ago today and just had my first weigh in , I started at 11 stone and now weigh 10 stone 3lb, im so chuffed with myself and just wanted to tell someone. does anyone know how to get a weight ticker please. gl every one and keep up the good work.

Well done you! That is fantastic, you will be at your goal weight in no time! Oh to get the ticker, as mentioned previously, you just click on someones tracker on the forum and it takes you directly to the website, then you make your tracker and you copy and paste the HTML code into your signature, it usually starts off with somethig like [URL
and ends in /URL], they will have instructions I am sure
