Hiya guys... I'm new to this place, not totally sure how to use it but here goes.. I got married about 7 months ago.. Lost 7inches with a personal trainer, n of course then stopped, it was a fab time in my life, combined with Christmas n new year, I didn't stand a chance lol... so I'm back at the battle of the bulge... I'm nervous about doing loads a excersise again (I'm a nurse so shift work can screw up any weekly routine) incase I can't keep it up n the muscle I build turn to fat, since having a personal trainer my shape changed n stopping the excersise changed my shape again!? Such fun! So little n often is what I'm going for... Does anyone else worry about too much excersise?
Started SW 6 weeks ago... Wanna loose about 22lb ... I guess I should c how I feel it might be too much?! We have a Bride forum ... We should have a post bride one too... Ha ha I'm content!!!! Help
