Yoga-ically challenged

    Arrrrrgh! The biggest loser game wants me doing the downward facing dog in my work out routine, and hold it for bloody ages. I cant get my feet on the floor, my arms arent strong enough to support the weight :cry:

    I cant even touch my toes. Anyone else struggle with yoga/flexibilty?
