Hi Jess, hope week 1 is going well for you.

My LLC said the Muller Light yog's are fine too but I did go for the smooth ones as I kinda thought that the one's with bits of fruit in might not be ok especially in week 2 when no fruit is allowed. The smooth Peach one is just devine, couldn't believe how gorgeous it is yum!

I stuck to plain for the first 2 weeks then onto Muller light with fruity pieces. Only have 2-3 per week though as once the fruit kicks in you'll find you just can't stay away from it. LOL

Oh, don't forget the sugar-free Jelly......

I stayed with natural greek yoghurt.. LOVE IT!

total greek 0% fat
absolutely the most divine thick smooth creammy yog ever

mix in a tsp of a foodpack too - heaven!!!!
