what are they? Do they contain any free food (yogurt etc)? And what is the serving size?

Theres a few different frozen yogurt flavours listed. If its the normal one 100g is 6 syns. Other flavours are either 6 or 6.5 it looks like

Milk is never a free food anyway so it would always work out as 1 syn per 20 calories if that was the case ie 8.5 syns per 100g.

If I use yoghurt as a free food I get:

6 Syns per 100g
