Last week at my first weigh in I was disappointed with only a 2lb loss. I know that is a good loss but on my first week I was expecting a little more. You guys told me to stick with it and I did and this week I've lost 4lb!!! Im feeling much better now. I know this diet works. Heres to next week. :D
