    Morning darlings, hope you are all haveing a lovely Sunday, and pampering all the dads out there.


    Just wanted to give food for thought today by saying:

    Treat your body as if it were a temple, worship it, love it, and don't fill it full of rubbish.

    Thanks for that! It got me thinking - I have only read this now though after I have treated the family to a fantastic Indian bar b q at our local indian restaurant! Oh well onwards and upwards.

    Dang it I feel uber guilt pangs now. Saturday was a BAD day for me. I always go to pot when my folks visit and I was too naughty on Saturday. I am dreading WI on Tuesday - but this will at least keep me on the straight and narrow until then hehe x
