your fave extra easy, green, and red meals

Hi, i currently do ee, but i would like to mix things up and try red and green days.

just wondered if people would like to share their meal ideas if they do follow green or red days so i can get an idea of what i could have on an average day. :D

idealy i would like to try and do a week like this:
ee - red - green ect ect and see what the weightloss is like.

spice things up and experiment i guess.:p
