Your favourite coleslaw recipes!

Evening all
Having my first BBQ of the year tomorrow night with my wonderful bf and I want to make some coleslaw to include as much free foods as poss. I have so far got carrots, red and white cabbage, grapes and red onion in there, but it needs the wow factor!

Its currently in the fridge 'drying out' before I add the mayo and yog so that it doesn't go wet.

What are you best recipes for it?

I made some coleslaw for the first time the other day. My mate who does SW told me what she uses so I tried it out. It was Carrot, Onion, White Cabbage, Fromage Frais, Vinegar, Sweetener and some Chilli Powder. It was really nice, the chilli gave it that bit kick it needed and it was really crunchy! Obviously not as creamy as the coleslaw you'd buy in the shops but it was still really yummy hope you enjoy your BBQ x

Someone on here (I cant remember who -sorry) suggested that you use a mandarin Muller to mix it with. It was absolutely gorgeous.
My only problem was that it got very watery - I didn't realise that you had to dry out the veg!! How long do you leave it for?
