Mine would have to be, chicken, smotherd in bbq sauce & red onion, wrapped in bacon and with melted cheese on top, on a bed of salad. Yum yum yum. Light but filling.. for afters i like a bowl of berrys and watermelon with crushed apple and sultana alepn lights & maybe a muller on top!

My fave treat is dominoes Texas Bbq pizza!! or a cheesecake to me self ;) haha

Spicy mushroom sauce with egg fried rice is my favourite SW meal.

Sausages in giant yorkshire pudding with onion gravy is my favourite 'other' meal though

Ooh! That's toughie, there's so many.
Today I made the SW rich tomato ragout and that is lovely. I also like the sausage and chicken hot pot, or goulash.

My favourite treat would either be a chinese. I've been spoilt by having all u can eat Chinese buffet so can't really choose a favourite Chinese meal. If I had to I suppose it would be shredded deep fried chilli beef and egg fried rice.
Or an Indian, it would have to be a Chicken Korma, pilau rice, peshwari naan, onion bhaji and samosas.

BUT, if we're talking puddings it's a toss up between an American style baked cheesecake or sticky toffee pudding with dates and served with clotted cream....*slurp!* I'm tormenting myself now :sigh:

It changes all the time but at the moment it's chilli, rice and grated cheese - EE with heb for cheese.

    Otherwise it's chippy chips.

You really can't beat a SW curry - homemade pilau rice, h/m samosa (1syn each - we often have 3), lamb rogan josh, murgh gosht (both from the Curry hardback book) and a lentil dahl. Usually I make double as it all stores brilliantly in the freezer :D

All free on EE (except the samosas), although I have been known to have it as a green day with HE chicken and HE lamb.

My treat? Not having to measure my wine.

Mmmm, there are so many SW meals I love. When the weather is good, you can't beat a BBQ with plenty of tasty marinated meat (free) and a mixture of salads. If doing EE I'll have couscous, tabouleh as well as lemony cabbage salad, tomato etc.

Non SW would be - A rib eye steak or all you can eat chinese buffet (without being sensible) ;) Absolute fave is salt & pepper squid and peached king prawns.
And I'd have to agree with *angie*, not measuring my wine would be lovely too ;)

It depends what mood I'm in, but for a really filling meal you can't beat sw chips, quorn sausages, mushy peas and 'fried' egg.

    Syn free pancakes;

Separate an egg into two bowls - white and yolk.

Whisk the white and add 3 tsp sweetner (or to taste), whisking til white and meringue-ish
Add some vanilla essence to the yolk.

Add the yolk to the white and fold together - this is your batter.

frylight a pan and add all of the batter, spreading it gently with the back of a spoon.

be gentle - this pancake is fragile! leave completely alone until you can slide a fish slice (etc) underneath, carefully turn it over to cook the second side. again, leave it alone until done, then lift it out onto your plate and add your toppings and enjoy!

good with fruit and yog (like I had) or lemon and sweetner for a more trad pancake. :D they are lovley

That's a toughy, but my fave sw meal is probably a nice steak on the bbq with sw chips, and a huge salad.

My fave non sw meal.....hmmm, probably homemade lasagne, garlic bread and salad or Jamie's parsnip and pancetta pasta with a big salad and homemade cookies or marshmallow treats. :) or a thin and crispy pizza from pizza express with pancetta and salad.
