    Hello fellow miniminers!!

    Am getting lots of motivation from your threads! Have been on every diet under the sun:eek: but feel that after my binge fest of a holiday where i have gained half stone :eek: enough is enough!
    I am now almost 1 stone heavier than i was last October and can feel every single squatter on my body and i hate it!

    So i shall be looking to you all for inspiration and advice.
