Yum Yums

I was wondering if anyone new the pro points value for 1 yum yum (twisted doughnut covered in icing sugar). OH brought a pack of 4 up when he visited me at uni this weekend, I managed to resist having one then and gave one to my housemate, but there are 2 sitting in my cupboard tormenting me!
The are the Sainsburys ones (the nutritional sticker got wet so I can't work it out)
Any ideas?
If they are astronomical I will give both away to housemates, but I really want one!

The label got wet, so it's all a blur!
Had a look on the Greggs site as I know they do them but there were no fibre values!

Go by the calories and divide by 40 that is usually spot on

Thanks will have a look later, won't eat one till at least wednesday as i'm going to nandos tomorrow so wont have points free!

Okay, I've worked it out to be 9 pp.
I found everything but fibre online, and after looking on the krispy kreme website it seems there is nil fibre in most doughnuts... and dividing calories by 40 gave me 8.5, so seems about right.
Won't be able to have one until wednesday, and shall give the other away!
