Good evening everyone...

Well ive done it, ive restarted SW and have decided to post my food diaries daily in hope that any advice will inspire me to keep going....Yes im a quitter and ashamed to admit it but now i have and its out in the open...so today my diary reads like this
Original day
Breakfast,
2WM bread (400g loaf) HexB
2tsp honey 2syns
Lunch
Ham
salad veg, beetroot, pickled onions
boiled egg
42g LF cheddar sprinkled on top HexA
Dinner
HM Chicken Kiev
roasted veg, red onions, courgettes, red, orange and green peppers
198g potato cut into wedges and cooked with frylight and black pepper HexB
350ml Sk milk in coffee HexA
Snack
Half punnet grapes, bag crisps (8syns)

day one over but im a boredom/comfort eater and im trying my best not to go to the fridge but its a hard habit to break....

OK day 2 finished with and im doing OK..
Green day..
Breakfast... nothing, i know its naughty of me but i just didnt fancy anything,,
Lunch...Jacket potato topped with home made coronation chicken..HexB
Dinner....caulflower and brocoli pasta bake, made with cheese and brocoli pasta n sauce mixed with brocoli and cauliflower sprinkled with 28g cheese, chicken kiev..Hexb
350ml skimmed milk
syns 8

quite impressed with the amount of food i have eaten today :)

Hi Gill I have started my post baby weightless today I dream about being a yummy mummy so thought I should do something about it before I end up the size of a house. weighed myself this morning and was horrified to discover that I weigh 12 st 9 lbs and so I have started slimming world today not attending class as I have the books and am hoping recording my food diary on here will be motivating for me. I am Doing the extra easy plan as I find them less restrictive. hope I can stick to it this time. Good luck to you xx

Hi Aimee, congratulations on your baby :) good luck to you tho im sure you wont need it, SW is so versatile and easy to fit into your everyday life we cant not succeed (famous last words lol)...Im not going to group this time, to be honest i cant justify the £20 a month and there is so much support on here im sure ill manage....Ive set myslef a target to get to last christmas's weight by this christmas so i have 2st 6lb to lose, this works out at 1.8lb a week, i know its doable if i put my mind to it....Are you going to post your food diaries? we can all write down what we are eating but if there is no one there to read them and tell us if we are going wrong then whats the point, we will just make the same mistakes over and over....

Thank you, yes hopefully I will be able to do it this time fingers crossed. I'm the same could not justify spending that amount of money. I have set myself a goal to lose 2 st 9lbs by may 2012 thought I would give myself a bit of time to try and achieve it. And thought may would be a good time as Im planning to go to Florida with all the family next may and would like to be able to wear a bikini. So that's my motivation. Yes I've started to post my food diaries on here in the food diary thread "aimee's post baby food diary" looking forward to having the support on here to continue with it. Day two here I come!! X

Day 3 done and dusted, im enjoying my food and if i continue to ill e at target in no time :)....I copied some of Honeys recipes today and gonna try them out, being stuck for ideas is my downfall..Ok so todays food as follows:
Original day
No breakfast again, i must try and eat on a morning
Lunch:- Avacado 10syns prawns Free, 6 WW crackerbread 1 HexB
Dinner:- Full salad, Ribeye steak, 225g SW chips in skins 1 HexB
350 sk milk
2 Free Yoghurts

Rather stuffed and trying my hardest to keep away from the red wine in the fridge because if i have 1 ill have the bottle lol.....
