Hi guys,
Day 2 of re-start today and I was a wee bit peckish tonight so I sliced 1/2 a chicken breast, dry fried it with a green pepper and added 1/2 a pack of Thia chicken made up with about 100mls of water. I mashed some cooked cauliflower (about 1/4) and hey presto Thia chicken curry. The cauli substituted for rice. It was lovely and I'm stuffed and still have my bar and 1/2 a pack to eat.

Day 3 I'm going to try without any food (I managed day 1) I was starving all day today.

Thought I would share!

Mmmmm the cauliflower rice is nice isn't it? I had mine with baked fish n veggies in Thai soup with curry. Really yummy....
